1. General Information

These terms apply to all purchases of physical products, digital products, courses, programs, and coaching services offered through www.iamangel.se and associated platforms. Organa AB reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.

 

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and include VAT (where applicable). Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@iamangel.se.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Returns & Reclamations

You have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Contact us first at support@iamangel.se with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a short description and photo. We’ll either replace the product or refund the full amount (including shipping). For hygiene reasons, opened food, teas, supplements, and items cannot be returned unless defective.

 

5. Digital Products, Courses & Coaching

Due to the nature of digital content, access to online courses, digital materials, and downloads is non-refundable once accessed. For coaching or 1:1 sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. All content, recordings, and materials shared within our courses or sessions are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

All programs, products, and coaching services offered by IamAngel are designed for personal growth, wellbeing, and education — not as medical treatment or professional health advice.
