These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of physical products, digital products, courses, programs, and coaching services offered by Organa AB through www.iamangel.se.

By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Services

We offer:

• Physical products (card decks, journals, books, detox-related products)

• Digital products (courses, downloads)

• Coaching and 1:1 sessions

All content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Payments are processed in the chosen currency, and any exchange rate differences are determined by your payment provider.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Digital Products 

Due to the nature of digital content:

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
  However, specific programs may include a limited refund period, which will be clearly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase. 

• By purchasing digital products with immediate access, you agree to the delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal where applicable.

• If a refund policy is offered for a specific product (e.g. 7-day guarantee), the terms of that policy will override this general rule.

4. Coaching & 1:1 Sessions

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

• Coaching is for personal development purposes only

5. Physical Products (Shipping & Returns)

Shipping:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on location.

Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Certain items (e.g. opened products) may not be eligible for return.

All detox programs, products, and recommendations are provided for:

• personal wellbeing
