Our beautiful Earth possesses an incredible and undeniable ability that many may not be aware of. Grounding, though something I don't get to do as often as I'd like in Stockholm, Sweden due to its climate, is a practice I'd like to introduce to you.
Simply by placing your bare feet on the ground, you can facilitate your body's natural healing. The truth is, we are all intimately connected to our Earth, our mother. Unfortunately, our modern lifestyle, with its constant use of shoes, has caused us to lose touch with the Earth. When you walk barefoot, you are grounding yourself, establishing a connection with the Earth. When you stand barefoot on the Earth, you collect the electrons that originated from the sun, a sun we all cherish in various ways.
Problems arise when we lack a negative charge, leading to silent inflammation in our bodies that can build up over time. The beauty of our Earth lies in its connection to our cosmic body, but when we disconnect from it, we disrupt our biological rhythms.
